  • Instant showing feedback, as soon as the showing agent submits it!  Track the work being done to sell your home with the View My Lisitng program - no more wondering what your agent is doing for you.  You will be able to log in to our own seller website and see the activities being completed to get your home sold.
     
  • Enhanced REALTOR.COM Listings - I believe in going the extra mile with my listings  - such as "enhancing" my listings on REALTOR.COM to include virtual tours, up to 25 photos, and expanded descriptions.  This is extremely important, because many users start out on REALTOR.COM and will dismiss listings that do not have enough quality pictures.  Taking the extra step to enhance your listing on REALTOR.COM makes it more likely that potential buyers will see and fall in love with your home.

  • Direct Mailings, Flyers, & More - Just Listed postcards announcing that your home is for sale will be sent to your neighbors (who may have friends or family looking to buy in the neighborhood).  Postcards and flyers, will be but a part of the advertising your home deserves!Professional Quality Photos
     
  • Quality Pictures & Descriptions - Everyone's seen the lousy real estate pictures online.  Buyers will pass up on a home simply because of terrible pictures...or not enough pictures.  Your home MUST stand out from all the others.

    ALL of my listings have a MINIMUM of 25 photographs.  Every interior photo features wide angle photography so that buyers see more than just the stove in the kitchen, and the corner of the bedroom.  Every photo is professionally color-corrected and sharpened.
     
  • Robust Virtual Tours.  Not just any virtual tour will do.  My virtual tour is more than just music and a slide show.  Every tour will feature enhanced, enticing descriptions, neighborhood information, and additional photos.  Additionally, my virtual tours are "inter-linked" enabling viewers to find your tour, even if they started out looking at a different one!  The virtual tours are also syndicated to several other websites, including the popular  Trulia, Zillow, YouTube and AOL Video.
     
  • Enhanced Open House Program (where allowed*)  Everyone's a-buzz about the yellow balloons and Weichert Realtors signs all over the Wayne and Pike county area of the Poconos.
