love helping people find their dream homes. I As a kid, my dreams were fairly common: a teacher, an actress, or a cruise director (call it my Love Boat phase.) For a while, my crush on Erik Estrada made me consider joining CHP upon graduation. I remember breaking a cheap metal towel bar while doing my Bionic Woman impersonation. I don’t think I ever thought of being a real estate agent… Back History
Time marched on. I got married, had kids, bought a dog...eventually taught myself some HTML, CSS, and graphic design...and soon began creating websites for local real estate agents. Enjoying the business, I saw considerable success as a real estate website designer and amateur graphic designer. At some point, I decided to sell real estate myself. So many of the things I enjoy doing - interacting with people, taking pictures, creative writing, graphic design, and doing "stuff" on the Internet - is directly related to successfully selling real estate. It’s been an interesting journey; after a cautious "toe in the water" start as a real estate secretary, I struck out as an independent agent, choosing to work at WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Paupack Group. Currently I am the office Internet Specialist along with being a “REALTOR®.” In addition, I was the first Lake Wallenpaupack agent to start & maintain a real estate blog. Weichert Realtors awarded me the Executive Club award for my sales in 2009, and I recently accepted an award from REALTOR.COM for my online marketing. I earned the Silver Sales Award for 2008 and 2009 from my office. Real estate has changed over the years. Photography has graduated from clunky & expensive 35mm to digital (unfortunately, many agents STILL take lousy pictures!) The Internet has virtually turned the real estate world upside down. (But sorry, Al, you really had little to do with that.) I love my job and I love hunting down properties, either with tax maps, on the MLS, or simply wandering around Wayne or Pike County. I enjoy getting to know people, building relationships, and having fun while doing it. Sometimes I am dressed in a suit, looking quite corporate; but most times I’ll be in jeans and boots, tromping around searching for the pins and ribbons indicating property boundaries. Either way, I’m always ready for an adventure!

love helping people achieve their real estate goals.” I suppose this would be the place for me to tell you that I'm an award winner. (I have won awards for sales and marketing...from my office, from Weichert, and from REALTOR.COM) But all real estate agents say they’re the
best, most hard working, the smartest, the top agent…Yada, yada, yada.
Shortly after the dinosaurs died out, I worked at one of the only 1-hour
photo labs in Wayne County, as a film tech, receptionist, and free lance
photographer. Since the Internet was still a twinkle in Al Gore’s eye at that
time, only a few REALTORS brought their 35mm in to be developed quickly.
I remember snickering at the horrible pictures and thinking “Man, I could do
better than that!” (Working as a film developer was often highly entertaining…I
needed to get out more, I suppose.)
